EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jeff Labenz-Hough spent the majority of his career (24 years) with HDR Engineering, Inc. HDR is a 10,000 man full service design and construction company with over 200 offices around the world. He held several different positions with HDR in their San Antonio office from Project Architect, Project Manager, Program Manager, and National Federal Design-Build (DB) Program Manager. He retired from HDR as an Associate Vice President in 2015. Jeff was selected as AREC’s executive director in January of 2019.
